Q :  How long in advance do we need to reserve a session?

A : We are generally booked at least 30 days in advance but we do keep some days and times free for small sessions. You can also inquire with our team, while cancellations are rare, they do happen occasionally.  

Q : What if I have to cancel my session?

A : We understand that life happens sometimes so we offer the following: If you cancel within 48 hrs of the shoot, we will reschedule your session for free. If you cancel within 24 hrs, we will charge a $50 inconvenience fee. If you reschedule your session, your deposit will be applied to your next session. If you cancel and do not reschedule, you will NOT be refunded. All deposits are non-refundable. 

Q : When is the deposit due & the final payment? 
 Deposits are due at the time of booking. No session is booked until deposit is paid and contract signed.
Final payment is due 48 hrs before your session. 


Q :  Can I have creative input? 

A : We understand that you have ideas & we want to hear them. Most of our sessions come with a consultation where we will talk about everything. We do ask that you allow us creative control - you are booking with us because you love our style and creativity.  

Q: Will you share our pictures? 

A: When you sign your contract with us, you'll also sign a model release that allows us to share your images on social media, the website, the blog, & marketing. We keep the copyright to the images. We love your pictures & want to share them with other clients. We understand that you may not want your pictures shared & offer exclusive privacy for an additional fee. Military & Law Enforcement are excluded from this fee & will be kept private with notice during contract signing. 


Q: What does "Blue Line Business" mean?

A: Our family is filled with men and women that serve in law enforcement and military heroes. We back the blue line and support our heroes wherever and however we can. We understand the challenges our men & women in uniform face and want to provide a safe and affordable investment option for them.

Q: Can I order prints with you?

A: Absolutely! You can either order in your gallery, or you can order directly with me after we discuss your needs. We offer multiple options from prints, to cups, to wall canvas, glass prints, and portrait books.

Our pet package is an Austin favorite! Up to 2 pets at a time, we'll bring treats, patience & a lot of love! You'll receive a private gallery, printing rights, &20+ edited pictures. 90 minute session.

We understand that not every session can fit into a package or deal. Sometimes you have different needs, wants, or ideas. Please don't hesitate to contact us for custom session fees, creative fees, the best investment package for you and don't forget to ask about our military & law enforcement discounts! We are a blue line business & proudly support our men & women in uniform! 


Q :  When do I have to pay the session deposit? 

A: Your session deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. 

Q : When do I have to pay in full?  

A : All session fees are due 48 hours before your booking date. If you cancel your session 48 hrs or more in advance, your deposit will be applied to a new date for free. Please understand that we have a tight booking schedule & can not just switch dates after booking. 

Q : Do prints cost extra? 

A: Depending on the package you select, yes. We also recommend you trust one of our partner printers vs printing at a "cheap" place. We cannot guarantee color and outcome at volume printers like Costco, Walgreens etc. You can order directly through us! 


Q :  Can I order prints later? 

A : We create a private gallery for you that allows you to download your pictures and order prints there. We generally leave the gallery up for 30-60 days depending on your package. During this time you can easily order through us. After we take down your gallery, please contact us for assistance. 

Q : Do you charge for travel? 

A : That depends. I do not charge a travel fee within 30 miles of Kyle, Texas, That being said, I've been booked international and national, and travel & lodging is usually covered by my clients. Please don't hesitate to contact me to discuss your needs.
