I am sure you have read your share of back to school posts by now 🙂 I feel like I am late again. That’s ok though, I don’t mind. My kids are back in school and so are my husband and I. My oldest looks so grown up now, its amazing what one summer will do! She is so excited to be back in school as she enjoys learning as much as I do. It’s crazy right, you grow up, have kids and you still go to school. For me it’s awesome, I love school. I love learning and discovering new things and while it may be stressful at times it is so worth it when my efforts pay off in the end. This semester I am taking a few graphic design classes, which is exciting ..now I just need to figure out what I am doing! I have been playing around with it but the perfectionist comes out in me and I find myself criticizing more than I probably should.

I am also taking another Social Media class and I am thrilled. It is what got me started on this blog in the first place! I am still amazed by all the technology we have at our hands and how little we really utilize. I feel like I am way behind in the technical world. I don’t own an iPad or kindle, my laptop is 5 years old, I am still getting used to twitter and linkedin, I am still saving for my camera and I just joined Adobe Cloud (which is totally awesome). My kids have used tablets before I did in school, which of course is great, but I must admit I am a bit jealous. There are so many things I want to try but not enough money to make it happen. I guess story of living in this economy.

Anyway, I have been a bit busy since the last semester ended so I apologize for slow posting, I promise it will pick up again. I took a mini vacation which was amazingly relaxing.. I love the beach! The first week of the Fall semester is almost over, time flies! If you would like me to write about something specific let me know and I will make it happen. If you have suggestions, I am also open for those!
