If anything was possible and I could pick whatever I wanted, reality or fantasy.. I would totally be an elven wizard! Fireballs galore, lots of magic, candles and cool stuff! Let’s not forget the pointy ears.. Live in a realm that has knights, kings and queens, talking trees and battles! Of course there is a lot more too it and as my previous posts show, I am quite the fan of fantasy things. Books, clothes, pictures, art, games, faires, swords and so on. Unfortunately I do not have any of my own pictures to share but my dream is to one day own the equipment to make photography dreams come true. I want to be able to give people the opportunity to dress up and delve into those magical moments where they can pretend to be whatever they like. I am far from there but the idea is stuck in my head. There is nothing wrong with breaking away from being who you have to be and becoming who you’d like to be! Superhero? Star Wars trooper? Lich King? Elf? Knight? Fairy? WHY NOT. Be creative.. I think we loose too much creativity and fantasy as we get older and I refuse to follow 🙂
Children are beautiful in costumes and dress up which is why I feature my daughter in her fairy costume. I love love love those pictures! Another picture is both my girls in front of a fireplace.. not dressed up but it reminds me of Grimm’s fairy tales! When was the last time you read fairy tales? Do you read to your children? It is so important.
Back to my topic. If you could be anything or anyone .. Who or what would you choose? Why? Share a bit about yourself and what you picked! Do you think I have a point or do you disagree?
I write fantasy stories. I don’t share them with many but it helps me create an outlet for everything I have going on in my head. I have a picture to share about that too obviously. It’s not mine but whoever made it has a good point! Do you feel like that sometimes? I would love to hear from you! Suggestions, ideas, stories and pictures!

Have you even thought about it? What you could be in an alternate universe? In a photo session? A movie? Also, think about why.. gives you some insight into your personality 🙂

oh boy, for sure i would like to turn back time a few years and be younger 🙂
other than that i think having a different world inside myself where i can phantasise is a very positive way to handle discomfort and stress the real world brings. it doesn’t mean not handeling your problems, but gives a little break and boost.
photographie and photoshop also gives millions of options to create what you have in mind. and i sure take advantage of that 🙂
as for today…. i just like beeing myself… at least so far 🙂

Than, to answer the question: I always loved and still do everthing about avalon.. beeing one of the women living there, worshiping the old Gods and goddesses, beeing connected to the nature and the world between what we today call our reality … and by the way .. ruling the world completly unknown by the world ….yep.. that sounds like something realy nice to me 🙂 almost as good as beeing a elven wizard
